Working Student - Business Development

We specialize in two critical areas strategy & sustainability consulting and digital transformation support.

Strategy & Sustainability Consulting:

• With tightening regulations and increasing societal awareness of sustainability companies must focus on becoming more sustainable. We help our clients navigate through the regulatory environment by developing ESG/sustainability strategies with tangible implementation plans. Our team has extensive experience in sustainability consulting and provides our clients with expert advice on how to achieve their sustainability goals.
• At the same time we offer strategy support to Clean Tech companies and companies in the energy sector to help them accelerate their impact on making the energy transition a reality one of the most important areas if we want to combat CO2 emissions.

Digital Transformation Support:

• Our network of software engineers designers and UX/UI researchers helps our clients build digital solutions and implement digital processes in order to operate more efficiently and more sustainably. We help companies reduce their carbon footprint by providing them with custom digital solutions that enable them to streamline their operations reduce waste and lower their energy consumption.

Tasks

• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Support the sales team in creating and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Help in preparing sales presentations and other materials to engage potential clients.
• Participate in client meetings and networking events to build professional relationships.
• Collaborate with various departments (marketing product development customer service) to align business development strategies.
• Assist in the analysis of sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the business development and sales team as needed.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in business development sales and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to commit to 1020 hours per week.
