Location: New York City .

This position is Workday SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT rather than Infrastructure. It is also Heavy Applications (HR & Payroll) Integration along with Data.

Qualifications:

Workday certification(s) in HCM Payroll Finance or other modules strongly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday consultant architect or similar role with a focus on solution design implementation and optimization.

Proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing Workday solutions for medium to large enterprises across multiple industries.

Deep understanding of Workday functionality configuration options integrations and data migration strategies.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients stakeholders and team members at all levels.

Experience working in a consulting environment managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
