Description:
The Work-life Team Lead reports to the Director of Service Delivery and works directly with Team Coaches and Consultants. They must ensure that services are delivered in an efficient and high-quality manner by being responsible for the day-to-day production of their respective team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assign cases/callbacks for their team by prioritizing these appropriately
- Ensure that team meets daily and monthly production goals
- Manage your team s disciplinary actions
- Create and manage team schedules as well as run team meetings weekly to provide updates
- Schedule a minimum of two in-house training sessions for the team each year
- Respond to all complaints for your content team and team members
- Conduct interviews and assist with training of all new staff members
- Lead monthly One-on-One meetings with each team member to share performance reviews, foster professional development goals and create performance improvement plans when appropriate
- Conduct monthly quality audits for cases and intakes
- Responsible for recommending promotions, compensations and terminations of team members
- May be required to participate in additional leadership assignments
