Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Windows Server Administrator with 610 years of experience in Windows server administration troubleshooting installation and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring troubleshooting and administering the IT infrastructure including servers backup and antivirus systems. They will need to possess the ability to independently troubleshoot clients IT issues and have indepth knowledge of Windows Administration Windows Server Installation and backup approaches. Additional responsibilities include managing Microsoft Windows servers with Active Directory DNS DHCP File server Print Server and Group Policies. Experience in managing virtualized environments using HyperV and/or VMWare as well as familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS is a plus. Configuration and troubleshooting of various operating systems like Windows 2012/2016/2019 Windows Server Backup procedures and configuration and managing/migrating Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft 365/Office 365 are also required.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have 610 years of experience in Windows administration troubleshooting installation and support of Windows Microsoft 365 and networking issues. They should possess the skills necessary to independently troubleshoot clients IT issues and have solid experience in MultiDomain Administration Active Directory Group Policies and Exchange administration. Familiarity with Windows 2012/2016/2019 in a datacenter and Azure environment as well as Office 365 ESX Servers VMWare/HyperV and root cause analysis service restoration disaster recovery and patch management is required. Prior experience with any backup/storage solution and working with US/UK/Canadabased teams is highly desirable. Microsoft certification is required and Cisco certifications are a plus. The candidate should also be willing to work on 24x7 rotating shifts and from the office.
