Tasks

We owe our success to our strong team and are currently seeking new team members. As a Working Student in Sales Opertations (m/f/d) your responsibilities will include:

• You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility from day one directly influence our operations and contribute to the success story of ContractHero alongside a young and dynamic team.
• Your tasks include customer and data analysis conducting market research and effective communication with potential customers both over the phone and in writing.
• You will work closely with our small yet excellent sales team gaining deep insights into the operations of a growing startup.

Requirements

• Dedicated creative and reliable
• Possesses excellent communication skills and feels comfortable on the phone
• Contributes to better understanding our customers and continuously improving our sales strategies with analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Has very good German language skills and can communicate effortlessly in English
• Ideally brings initial experience in sales or data analysis and is studying communication sciences business or a similar field
• The option to work both in the office and remotely provides the flexibility needed for the role of a working student
