Job Summary:

As a Wellness Coach at Ascent Health you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You will work closely with individuals to develop customized wellness plans provide motivation and accountability and empower them to make positive lifestyle changes.

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial health assessments to identify clients goals and needs
• Create personalized wellness plans tailored to each clients unique needs
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients stay on track with their wellness goals
• Offer nutrition and exercise recommendations to promote overall health and wellbeing
• Monitor clients progress and make adjustments to their wellness plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in health coaching wellness counseling or a related field
• Strong knowledge of nutrition exercise and overall health and wellness principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to make positive lifestyle changes
• Certification in health coaching or a related field is preferred
