My client is looking for an experienced Welfare Advisor with empathy and excellent customer service skills to assist people within the local community who need advice.
This is a great opportunity to work within a friendly team.
The role would be suited to someone looking for 15 hours a week, this is a temporary opportunity, with the potential to become long-term.
You will be working within a team providing a high standard of Welfare Benefits advice to individuals, to enable them to maximise their incomes and provide support to manage debts, budget, and access online services.
You will refer and support individuals to access external services and promote ways for individuals to independently manage their finances and access welfare support. At times, there may be a requirement to assist with helping individuals to complete and submit forms.
