JOB DESCRIPTION
The position requires abilities to identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. This position entails supervising marketing strategies to engage customers and ensure that they have a favorable impression of the company and its products or services.
Additionally, you are required to overview and supervise your team to ensure everything is going on the correct, set direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and mentors a team of content writers that write, edit, proofread, and copyedit content for various channel with the main focus on the website of the company
Maintains a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of content writing and delivery for the entire year
Develops compelling marketing ideas (SEO on/off site actions) that adhere to the company's branding and policies
Ensures that best practices for search engine optimization are followed in order to maximize web search results.
Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborates with the management, marketing and IT departments
Maintains current industry best practices and review competitor websites to compare their activities to those of our company.
Ensures that project milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets
REQUIREMENTS
Related degrees in English, Marketing, Communication, Literature, Journalism, etc.
Preferably has knowledge about Electronics/Electronics Components Industry.
Has at least 3 years experience in SEO optimized practices as an individual contributor
Has at least 2 years supervisory experience in content writing and SEO related activities
Excellent spoken and written English skills, at least C2. Additional language fluency is a bonus
Capability to generate new and appealing content ideas that establish or support the company's brand identity
Expertise in utilizing SEO best practices to create creative copy with effective keyword placement
Proficiency with writing programs like Google Docs and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
