- 8 years of experience in UCaaS/ CCaaS design architecture and unified communication.
- Industry certifications (e.g. Cisco CCIE ( Webex/ Collab ) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in designing solutions involving Cisco or other major networking equipment.
- Strong knowledge of unified communication platforms such as Cisco Unified Communications Microsoft Teams or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
