Our company is a venture enterprise based in Osaka that develops and provides BtoB cloud services with communication as its theme.
Our main business Re:lation currently has over 5000 corporate users and is steadily increasing. However with a total target of 4 million companies the adoption rate is still only 0.1%. The remaining 99.9% of potential customers are likely still struggling with daily inquiries.
Communication is essential for all businesses. Communication challenges vary depending on the company individuals and the era. Therefore the target audience for our service is all 4 million domestic companies. We aim to eliminate the challenges of inquiries through Re:lation and allow individuals to focus on the work they truly want to do. We are genuinely committed to realizing such a society.

Hiring Background
With the expansion of our services and to achieve further growth we are recruiting a director who can lead projects such as service improvements and campaign strategies. We are currently undergoing a transitional phase as a team shifting from faithfully progressing with development according to plans set by the business department (service operation) to actively participating in planning or proposing ideas to maximize results and involving stakeholders. To facilitate overall growth we actively engage in team building through retrospective reviews to confirm achievements and strengthen the skills of each member. We also aim to strengthen the system to enable directors to plan and execute their own ideas.
To further expand our services and have more users and creators utilize them we are looking for someone who can help establish a director organization as described above.
Detailed Job Description
The scope of responsibilities varies depending on the skills so I would like to discuss the details during the interview. However initially we primarily focus on the following tasks:
General tasks from requirement definition to release as a development director
Starting with site improvements and campaign implementation
Ultimately largescale projects (such as implementing new features or new development) based on skills and evaluation
After joining the company you will primarily handle lighter projects become accustomed to our services and internal operations and gradually be assigned more challenging tasks.
Career Path
While we do not have a predefined route we assess based on your aspirations and aptitude. Generally you may advance towards management or roles like PM or PdM. We aim to align assignments with your preferences whether its pursuing a specialist path or transitioning to management based on your wishes and abilities.
