Engage with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs. Requirements Documentation: Develop comprehensive and clear requirements documentation based on stakeholder inputs. Ensure accuracy and completeness in capturing all project requirements. User Stories and Functional Decompositions: Create detailed user stories outlining specific functionality and user interactions. Conduct functional decompositions especially for complex systems breaking down tasks and requirements into manageable components. Feature Descriptions: Generate clear and detailed feature descriptions providing a comprehensive understanding of each components purpose and functionality. Collaborate with development teams to ensure feature descriptions align with technical implementation. Browser Automation Testing: Design develop and execute browser automation tests to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications. Collaborate with development teams to address and resolve any issues identified during testing. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Product Features: Conduct UAT for newly developed product features ensuring they meet user expectations and business requirements. Document and communicate test results and collaborate with developers to address identified issues. Monitoring Software Evolution: Closely monitor the software development process identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. Evaluate and assess own contributions in the context of the overall software evolution. Qualifications: Strong academic background in MCA or BTech (IT & CS) graduated in 202324. Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java JavaScript or Python. Familiarity with web development frameworks such as React JS and Next JS. Basic knowledge of Browser Automation Testing. Key Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and in a team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work. Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.
Requirements

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms Proficient in at least one programming language.
Java JavaScript or Python Familiarity with modern web development frameworks such as React JS and Next JS Basic knowledge of Browser Automation Testing tools and methodologies Responsibilities.
Collaboration with Key Stakeholders.
Actively participate in meetings and discussions with key stakeholders to gather project requirements.
