What will you do:

⦁ You’ll design optimized user flows and effective interfaces for maximum conversions.
⦁ Take ownership of design projects.
⦁ Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
⦁ Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
⦁ Growth initiatives. Proposing and implementing ideas that can impact key product metrics.
⦁ Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
⦁ Work with clients and project managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites.

Requirements:

⦁ Proven work experience as a Web Designer.
⦁ Proficiency using web design software tools.
⦁ Knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.
⦁ Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies.
⦁ Have strong graphic design skills. Value high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design and care about details.
⦁ Have experience working with a design system and maintaining design guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
⦁ Employ a systematic approach and are comfortable with using and maintaining design guidelines.
⦁ Are able to communicate in English.

Web Designer skills:

⦁ Proven understanding of graphic/web design fundamentals.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.
⦁ Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
⦁ Excellent time-management skills.
⦁ Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats.
⦁ Awareness of UI/UX principles.
⦁ Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment.
⦁ Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
