Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst "Data Passionate" to join our team! A Web Data Integration Specialist to play a crucial role in managing complex data sets and ensuring seamless connectivity between the web systems of one of our top Pharma clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to build robust data models for raw data collected globally contributing to a centralized database.
Main Tasks:
Data Integration and Connectivity:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data sources and requirements.
Ensure smooth integration of web data into our global database.
Establish connections between web systems and other data repositories.
Data Modelling:
Design and develop data models that accommodate nested fields and raw data.
Create efficient structures for storing and retrieving information.
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
Quality Assurance:
Validate data accuracy and consistency.
Implement data governance practices.
Monitor data flows and troubleshoot issues.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiently work with raw data formats.
Understand web data structures and transformations.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure data security and compliance.
Benefits
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor s degree in Digital Marketing Marketing Technology or technical studies.
- Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is preferred)
- Over 4 years of experience with Tag Management Systems
- Hands on experience with procedural languages (e.g. Python PLSQL Py Spark)
- Solid experience in tasks such as:
- Design and implementation of data models for complex data sets (raw data either semistructured or unstructured).
- Conceptual logical and physical data modeling.
- Translation of business requirements into effective data structures.
- Data integration.
- Handson experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server Snowflake).
- Knowledge of web platforms and ecosystem. Ability to work with nested data structures commonly found in web APIs.
- Must have knowledge of website related concepts and languages (Data Layer HTML JS).
- Best practices:
- Working understanding of ETL workflows and best practices.
- Knowledge of database design principles indexing and query optimization.
- Familiar with cloud computing concepts especially AWS components such as S3 Glue Parquet.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills. Capacity to influence providers partners or stakeholders without authority
- Mindstructured and methodic in order to detect any potential issue whatever the stage is.
- Positive and collaborative team player with a serviceoriented attitude a good work ethic and demonstrating proactive behavior.
