The Wealth Manager is a vital collaborative role within our wealth solutions team. Working closely with our Wealth Advisors and Senior Wealth Managers the Wealth Manager will be tasked with meaningfully impacting clients financial standing by creating tailored financial solutions based on their distinctive facts and circumstances. As a valuable internal and external partner the Wealth Manager is tasked with identifying planning issues and opportunities and channeling them upwards to the senior members of the team. The successful candidate will join an established wealth management and financial planning team providing clients independent advice and customized service.
This is currently a hybrid role. The selected colleague will work at our Los Angeles office four days per week with the remainder worked remotely. Our hybrid model is being evaluated by management and is subject to change.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Consults and coordinates the delivery of solutions for a comprehensive wealth management strategy to clients and/or their advisers.
Will directly contribute to client meeting preparation development of financial plans and meeting followup communications efforts.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless execution of plan designs including but not limited to onboarding implementation and general account maintenance.
Provides support to the client services team.
Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
3 years of related industry experience: wealth management and financial planning for highnetworth clients.
Strong interpersonal skills: communicating effectively with executives wealthy individuals and family officetype clients.
Strong organizational skills: the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
Familiarity with eMoney or similar portfolio accounting systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM (Salesforce) and other task management applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) designation or progress towards completion.
Bachelors degree (MBA is a plus).
A general understanding of personal tax issues.
Thorough attentive to the details and accountable to deadlines and clients.
Entrepreneurialminded: a selfstarter who excels in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
