Warehouse Supervisor

3. Warehouse Organization
   

   • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
     
   • Implement and maintain an organized retrieval system.
     
   • KPIs: Space utilization efficiency Order picking efficiency Warehouse cleanliness score Safety incident rate.
     

4. Team Management
   

   • Supervise and lead warehouse staff.
     
   • Conduct regular performance appraisals and training programs.
     
   • Monitor and improve team productivity.
     
   • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Shipping and Receiving
   

   • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
     
   • Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.

6. Quality Control
   

   • Implement quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.

   • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.

8. Cost Management
   

   • Monitor and control operational costs.

9. Compliance and Safety
   

   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelors Degree
  

Experience:

• 3 years of warehouse experience or related experience.
  

Knowledge and Skills:

• Warehousing and stock control methods and procedures.

• Operation of forklift and other equipment.
  
• Warehouse operations procedures equipment and terminology.
