Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are an established and trusted defense sector company excited to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team!

You will be responsible for recording accurate data file maintenance and record keeping. Our Data Entry Clerks work in a manufacturing environment sometimes working with inventory items for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and maintains database of inventory records of the quantity materialtype equipment merchandise or other instock supplies.
  
• Records receipt or disbursement of inventory items.
  
• Creates and maintains logs for accurate tracking.
  
• Frequently review and enter data updates.
  
• Review discrepancies in data received.
  
• Report discrepancies of data to supervisor.
  

Qualifications

• 1 yrs. general data entry experience. Ex. Microsoft Office (Word Excel & Outlook)
  
• Must be a team player and ability to work independently.
  
• High energy cando person who can operate in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Impeccable followthrough and solid analytical skills are essential.
  
• Goal and detail oriented.
  

Schedule

• MondayFriday 7am to 3:30pm
  
• Saturday OT Available.
