Warehouse Operations Team Leader Night Shift

We are currently seeking a resultsoriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Team Leader for the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and coordinate the night shift teams activities for the processing of goods.
• Collaborate with order planning to ensure a seamless and continuous workflow.
• Coordinate activities with other Team Leaders to address capacity challenges and ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the planning and execution of order lines intervening when necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
• Communicate with customs regarding shipments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage the recruitment training mentoring and evaluation of team members.
• Act as the first point of contact for emergencies identified by control systems during the night shift.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a team leader preferably in a logistics or warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems PC skills safety protocols inbound and outbound goods flows and general business and management techniques.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the night shift.
• Proficient in Dutch and English for effective communication within the professional domain.
