What happens in our terminals/warehouses

Thousands of packages are processed for our customers every day in our terminals. These are packages that still need to be delivered or packages that are returned to the online stores. Many different types of routes start from the terminals. Examples of this are scheduled services between our terminals delivery routes where the driver delivers the packages to customers homes or routes that are used to stock our parcel lockers (Budbee box).

Every day the teams in the terminals ensure that all packages are processed quickly and efficiently so that the drivers can make our customers happy again! On a daily basis dozens of people work in our terminals who together contribute to our customeroriented and efficient delivery service. Each terminal team consists of a Terminal Manager Assistant Terminal Manager Shift Managers and Terminal specialists.

Tasks

Your role as Terminal Manager

As a Terminal Manager you are ultimately responsible for one or more Budbee terminals. You manage a team of Shift Managers and Terminals specialists. A challenging role with a lot of responsibility for a real team player who gets energy from achieving goals and working in a logistics environment! As a Terminal Manager you ensure that the operation runs efficiently and smoothly. You are concerned with among other things capacity planning working environment solving challenges and recruitment policy. In addition you are constantly focused on progress. Together with the Regional Manager and team members from the head office you implement improvements Budbee is growing quickly and this requires a constant focus on progress!

Requirements

What makes you the ideal Terminal Manager

• 3 years of work experience preferably in an operational and/or logistics environment;
• You are a true leader with strong organizational skills and you enjoy achieving goals together with your team;
• You are good at keeping an overview and setting priorities;
• You are a positive person and you take on challenges with a smile;
• You like fastchanging environments and working with daily deadlines;
• You are fluent in the English language both oral and written.
