Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory organizing storage supervising warehouse staff ensuring the efficient receipt storage and dispatch of goods and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse activities including receiving storing and dispatching of goods.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff including hiring scheduling and performance management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Implement measures to optimize warehouse space utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration logistics or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
