We are a dynamic rapidly expanding flooring company company based in Wayne New Jersey. We specialize in a comprehensive range of shipping and receiving solutions catering to both small parcels and larger freight requirements. Our commitment to excellence in service delivery has set us apart as a leader in our industry. To support our continued growth we are seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Manager fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.
### Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient handling of both small parcels and larger shipments including incoming and outgoing goods.
Manage and coordinate FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments understanding the nuances and requirements of FBA logistics.
Implement and maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness organization and safety in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Develop and optimize operational procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality service.
Lead train and develop a diverse warehouse team promoting a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular inventory audits ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
Liaise with suppliers transport companies and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
### Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management with a proven track record in managing both small parcels and larger shipments. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Strong knowledge of FBA shipments and general warehouse management practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational problemsolving and communication skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors degree in logistics business administration or a related field is preferred. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
