Warehouse Executive - FMCG INDUSTRY

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Conduct regular stock checks cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels reorder points and lead times to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

• coordinate inbound and outbound shipments including receiving picking packing and dispatching orders.
• Plan and optimize logistics routes and transportation modes to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries.

• Supervise warehouse staff including pickers packers forklift operators and inventory clerks.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to warehouse team members ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures safety protocols and equipment operation.

• Oversee daytoday warehouse operations including storage shelving and organization of goods.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Implement best practices for inventory control space utilization and workflow optimization.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports such as stock movement inventory levels and shipment tracking.
• Generate performance metrics KPIs and dashboards to monitor warehouse operations and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation including packing lists delivery notes and invoices.
