Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daytoday warehouse operations and team performance
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock management
• Guide and support associates in routine warehouse tasks
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies
• Facilitate the reception and dispatch of goods
• Manage logistics and coordinate with other departments
• Report on team progress and warehouse efficiency
• Continuously seek process improvement opportunities

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
• Adept in warehouse management systems and inventory control
• Outstanding organizational skills with an emphasis on precision and punctuality
• Physically fit to handle warehouse duties which may include lifting and moving stock
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record

Experience and Education Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse lead role or similar capacity
• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics a plus
• Experience in the home automation or AV industry is beneficial
• A track record of reliability and excellent attendance
