1. Understand Job Openings:
   

   • Thoroughly comprehend job descriptions and job specifications for accurate candidate sourcing.
     

2. Candidate Sourcing:
   

   • Utilize our ATS and various platforms including job portals social media and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
     

3. Preliminary Assessments:
   

   • Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
     

4. Candidate Submission:
   

   • Forward qualified candidates to the Recruiters for further evaluation.
     

5. Assist in Contacting Candidates:
   

   • Support Recruiters in reaching out to and engaging with candidates.
     

Requirements

• MBA HR MSW HR MA HRM or any degree with a passion for HR.
  
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  
• Demonstrated creativity in candidate sourcing strategies.
  
• Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiatives.
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Quick learning skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
