Responsibilities:

3. Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that fosters holistic development.

4. Establish strong relationships with students parents and colleagues to support the overall wellbeing of students.

5. Assess student progress through observation informal assessments and written evaluations.

6. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Waldorf education principles across the curriculum.

7. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of Waldorf education.

8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance behavior and academic performance.

9. Support the schools mission and values through active participation in school events and activities.

10. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress concerns and achievements.
