Tasks

s an Employee Service you have a flexible and serviceoriented function. Thanks to your serviceoriented approach you play a major role in providing an unforgettable visit to our hotel.

• You are part of the guest experience. This is how you receive the guests and offer them an unforgettable service.
• You take orders from our guests and know how to advise about our menu.
• You serve the dishes and drinks.
• You clear the tables as soon as the guests have finished eating and then cover them again.
• You handle the payments correctly. You think along with the needs of the guest.

Requirements

• As an Employee of Service you are hospitable. You put guests first and know how to keep them coming back.
• Good command of the English language.
• You have a representative appearance.
• You can react well to unexpected turns in crowds work and colleagues.
• You dont wait but take action yourself during your work.
• You enjoy doing many tasks at once.
• You are flexible. You dont mind working evenings and weekends.
• Ideal job next to your studies.
• You are a sales talent because you think along with the needs of the guest.
