We are looking for a VP Operations role for a Heat Exchanger company
Roles and Responsibilities:
1 Drive the factory operations to meet the Strategic goals.
Offering strategy building inputs and analysis to the leadership.
Guides the team in better planning scheduling to achieve the monthly/quarterly/Half yearly deliverables. (Functional Heads HODs ie Productin PPC Design Maintenance Quality PMO and Safety)
Finalise and release the Annual / Qtly/ Monthly Operations plan and Monthly Production Execution Plan considering optimization of available resources.
Ensure complete aligning of goals with various operations functions.
Review daily / monthly/quarterly/half yearly / annaual production
Alert PMO / Marketing or respective department relating to gaps in production with mitigation plans.

Ensure adequate capacity creation in line with long/short term strategies by adding new bays / /machinery by establishing and implementing the automated machineries.

Work with Quality team follow and maintain all the Standards quality requirements work with TPA inspection inspectors from the customers to delivery the projects.

Develop and manage the Production Planning and Control team to plan prepare issue and control the production schedules and material planning to ensure a controlled flow of materials to meet production requirements.
