Salary Range: $80000.00 $120000.00

Commission Structure: 3250%

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in Staffing
  • Proven track record of closing business within the IT sector
  • Consistent Job history (at least 3 years in same firm)

About the Role

This person will be a valued asset to the team and the main focus is to drive new business and maintain relationships while utilizing the top tools in the industry with a great support system of leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect engage and obtain new business for IT Staffing
  • Establish build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Create and execute sales strategies
  • Establish goals and long term career objectives
  • Develop your professional skill set

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience within the Tech and Trading staffing market
  • Proven billing of $500k
  • Experience closing business virtually and in person
  • A passion for growth and professional development
