This is a remote position.

Our client a top 100 international IT staffing company serves clients across North America (NAM) and Europe the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). With a focus on excellence and innovation they are committed to delivering exceptional talent solutions to their diverse clientele.

We are seeking an experienced and wellconnected VP of Business Development US (Remote). In this pivotal role you will lead our clients business development efforts in the United States driving revenue growth and expanding their market presence. Reporting to the COO this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building and nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a wellconnected strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in fullcycle IT staffing/recruiting sales.
  • Location: Remote anywhere in the US (PST preferred)
  • Company size: 350
  • Product or service: IT Staffing IT Recruiting IT Outsourcing IT Nearshoring
  • Target market: B2B Startups MidMarket Enterprises $520M Annual revenue
  • Ideal Customer Profile: CTO CIO VPE HRD TAM Clevel responsible for IT recruitment budget
  • Average deal size: $50K60K
  • Average sales cycle: 13 months
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreedupon sales targets
  • KPI: Generate 10 open IT roles to fill per month
  • Generate negotiate and close deals with new clients and upsell existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide tailored service
  • Build longterm relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals


Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
  • 5 years of proven success in a full sales cycle role in IT Staffing IT Recruiting industry
  • Knowledge of different IT roles programming languages and IT recruitment processes
  • Established connections and book of business with hiring managers (CTO CIO HRD)
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently

  • Total compensation: OTE $300000 $360000 per year
  • Base compensation: $150000 $180000 per year (depending on experience and location)
