What does a VPLatin Americado

As VP Latin America you will have a pivotal role in the development implementation and success of Airport Dimensions strategic plans for expansion and presence across Latin America with an immediate focus on strengthening and growing our business in Brazil and standing up a new business in Peru. You will also be responsible for driving ADs global international network growth across Central and South America.

As our most senior leader in Latin America and based in Peru you will serve as Airport Dimensions local and regional executive and legal representative in matters as diverse as business development account management operational oversight marketing financial/P&L management governance and strategic and tactical decisionmaking to establish achieve and maintain our market objectives. You will lead your team in representing Airport Dimensions overall regional and incountry brand identity reputation and interests related to all aspects of our business.

Success in this role requires effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders locally regionally and globally. You will be accountable for business and employment compliance and provide regional perspective and insights executing on and influencing and contributing to our global plans.

This role will be critical in fulfilling our objectives delivering stellar results and guiding the future of the exciting Latin American markets for Airport Dimensions.

A dynamic and inspiring senior leader with proven success in managing teams to achieve and maintain excellent performance and profitability for a business on a consistent and ongoing basis.

Highly motivated with a growth and profit focus; works diligently in the pursuit of quality and improvement representing Airport Dimensions best interests across all aspects of our business presence in Peru Brazil and Latin America more broadly.

Exhibits a high level of leadership professionalism and influence. To excel in this role one must be approachable and solutionsfocused with the ability to think critically and strategically evaluate options establish priorities anticipate issues and/or outcomes and provide direction with authority and conviction to team members and other constituents towards achieving favorable objectives.

Has extensive hospitality and P&L management work experience across a multiunit organization and demonstrated leadership in dealing with varied internal and external relationships with excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

What YoullDo:

  • As the most senior leader in Latin America the position will have Regional responsibility for growing and managing Airport Dimensions network across Latin America. This includes overseeing managing representing and/or supporting all aspects of Airport Dimensions operations P&Ls/financials marketing joint ventures business development governance and growth in Peru Brazil and elsewhere throughout Central and South America working in conjunction with ADs divisional and global leadership across various functional teams.
  • Drive review recommend and execute on our Latin America strategies while aligning with AD and Collinson local/regional business to achieve global objectives and programs.
  • Have responsibility for the profitability of ADs largest locations with some of the highest profit potential across the global AD network.
  • This includes overseeing the standing up of ADs new business in Lima Peru with oversight for substantial capital investment over the next 510 years.
  • Between Peru and Brazil oversee lounge operations under The Club Ambaar Club and Sleep n Fly product portfolio with significant annual operating budgets and P&L targets.
  • Provide leadership for direct AD staff but also indirectly through oversight of ADs key joint venture partners and suppliers in Brazil and Peru of 10 Directors/Managers and at least 500 inlounge staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain senior strategic relationships with internal and external decision makers and influencers among constituents potential partners and industry associations.
  • Oversee ADs relationship management with our airport partners throughout the Latin America region in conjunction with our joint venture partners where applicable.
  • Oversee the management of ADs joint venture Boards where applicable ensuring meetings agendas and plans are outlined and implemented with the objective of successful outcomes in ADs interests.
  • Have responsibility for developing and overseeing brand sponsorship partners in Peru and throughout the region as needed to drive additional commercial value and strengthen our integrated partnerships for the benefit of not only AD but also of Collinson more broadly.
  • Own regional business development targets; support and contribute to initiatives as needed identifying and executing on potential strategic partnerships and propositions.
  • Establish appropriate and effective planning review and reporting processes and practices for financial performance with your operational team ADs Finance team and our service providers to achieve our financial objectives.
  • Provide insights and expertise on regional and local markets across Latin America identifying trends and opportunities in the development of product partner and proposition strategies for continuous improvement in ADs presence and business.
  • Recruit develop and guide your team ensuring you have the right amount and type of talent to support the business and function at highest levels of performance and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate effective internal communications in all directions not only ensuring key global and regional messages are cascaded to the local teams but also keeping the rest of company senior leadership apprised of regional and local issues as appropriate and necessary.
  • This includes driving effective collaboration and alignment in the region and at a country level with the wider Collinson Group (and specifically with Collinson Americas as appropriate) with involvement in intercompany discussions and efforts in strategic matters that affect the region.
  • Work with local regional and global resources to establish best practice business administration governance financial oversight and processes for all aspects of ADs business in Latin America.

What Youll Need:

  • Relevant Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in working as a regional senior leader in a similarly sized or larger global company with a track record of delivering success.
  • Leadership/Executive Presence: Leadership of an organization with crossfunctional teams to develop talent establish and achieve strategic objectives; able to define and implement vision and direction garner respect lead by example and empowerment act decisively and guide team members to manage through challenging circumstances effectively.
  • Commercial and Strategic Acumen and Insight: Indepth understanding of and insights into local and regional commercial environments; able to recognize longrange strategic and tactical opportunities for improving or enhancing various aspects of the business.
  • Effective Communication and Influence: Strong verbal and written skills to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholder audiences particularly among senior/executive levels. Able to reach agreement of strategic importance with parties with widely differing perspectives and objectives.
  • Relationship Development and Management: Able to build and nurture positive productive and collaborative relationships across a robust network of internal and external contacts to support business objectives. Drives consistency and alignment focused on best practices.
  • Financial Responsibility: Experience in developing and managing multimilliondollar P&Ls across multiple regional areas and driving continuous improvement in financial performance.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills; able to identify propose and gain agreement on favorable terms with partners clients and providers. Experience negotiating agreements and working with counsel to ensure Airport Dimensions needs are met contractually.
  • Maintaining Accountability: Experience in holding service providers and partners accountable in fulfilling their contractual obligations and meeting service level expectations.
  • Flexibility and ProblemSolving Capability: Able to pivot in the face of changing circumstances always with a solutionsoriented mindset and focus.
  • Managing Multiple Priorities and Driving for Results: Able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously under timesensitive conditions and consistently meet deadlines and complete critical tasks to fulfill strategic objectives.
  • Selfmotivation and Proactive Behavior: Able to hit the ground running with demonstrated initiative in anticipating and addressing challenges in advance of future issues.
  • Language Fluency: Fluent in English and Spanish ideally in Portuguese as well; able to present complex ideas and concepts in verbal and written form in multiple language.
