This role would be ideal for a person who want to enter into shipping industry work for a multi
national company with a passion to grow his / her skillset deepen their knowledge and potentially
take on more responsibility with time. He / She would be working closely with our experienced
seafarers and analysts. The job description and skills required are as mentioned below:
Job Description:
Create Validate / approve bunker surveys forms. Raise it whenever there is any bunker gain
or loss
Sat C restoration: Coordinate with vessel to perform and check if SatC system is running
correctly
Follow up on concerns related to performance monitoring check with vessels for concerns
on noon reports
Check if the reasons for concerns related to performance are appropriate and recorded
correctly
UW Services: Record and analyse UW services planned follow up with the Operators /
vendors for invoices and reports
Requirement Skills:
Need not be a sailor but a knowledge of shipping is an advantage
Good with IT tools Good knowledge of MS Office Word Excel and Outlook etc.
Should be good at record keeping or maintaining records
Should be good with communication
Willing to learn and grow with
