Requirements

• Passionate about technology sales and innovative event experiences.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable demeanor.
  
• Able to commit to a minimum of 4hs during the event.
  
• Proactive problemsolver and enjoys working in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  

• Event Setup: Assist in the setup of venues including stages seating and technology installations.
  
• Registration & Information: Help attendees with checkin provide information and guide them through the event space.
  
• Session Coordination: Support the smooth running of sessions workshops and keynote speeches.
  
• Technical Assistance: Offer technical support for speakers attendees and the event team ensuring all techrelated aspects run smoothly.
  
• Green Team: Promote and manage sustainability initiatives throughout the festival.
  
• Photography & Social Media: Capture the festivals key moments and share live updates engaging our online community (please indicate if you have relevant skills/experience).
