Duration: 3 6month contract to hire

The Voice Engineer shall have the following knowledge and be responsible for the following tasks:

• 7 years of experience as a Voice Engineer
  
• Will deploy troubleshoot monitor and optimize IP Telephony voice video and mobility solutions
  
• Will assist in the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communication products
  
• Ability to manage dual environments
  
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 14
  
• Conduct vulnerability patching
  
• Will be responsible for upgrading systems including daytoday upgrades
  
• Integrating MS Teams and Cisco
  
• Designs administers and analyzes IP telephony systems corporate dial plans and traffic routes for voice network structure in order to optimize the organizations effectiveness and to provide quality telecommunication service.
  
• Administers and monitors IP telephony systems for performance.
  
• Reviews requests from various departments determining the bestsuited infrastructure. Schedules installations and relocations of telephone services.
  
• Supporting more junior team members
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Perform other duties relevant to project as assigned
