Job Description

This is a remote position.

ABOUT THE ROLE


  • Monitoring phones during rostered hours
  • Assisting with rostering including staff replacement
  • Handling client and staff phone calls and SMS
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Managing light bookkeeping duties
  • Drafting invoices through CRM for review
  • Monitoring and responding to inquiries on social media platforms
  • Scheduling social media posts
  • Assisting with newsletters
  • Drafting monthly calendar using Canva templates
  • Preparing staff and client contracts and other onboarding and ongoing documents
  • Monitoring company emails and addressing inquiries.
  • Communicating with staff effectively


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree preferably in the healthcare industry
  • At least two (2) years of experience in medical customer & provider liaison
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloudbased technologies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional database management filing and recordkeeping
  • Professional command in the English language both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation
