This is a remote position.
The ELS team consists of 50 experienced lighting professionals who are committed to offering lighting & controls products that create functional and efficient environments using emerging technology design ingenuity and product innovation.
Responsibilities:
Transfer raw footage and photos from reporters to external storage devices create photo contact sheets
Edit dialog and assemble recorded raw footage into a finished product
Add music titles graphics and effects to enhance the videos quality
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final product
Review and make necessary changes based on feedback from customers
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in video editing.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
Proficient in Final Cut Pro video editing software (Premiere Pro possible but not preferred)
Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign) is a plus
Familiarity with 2D animation photography and graphic design concepts
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
