Role and Responsibilities:
Design visual content for print and digital applications that is onbrand
reinforces our status and reputation and is appropriate for our various
audiences
Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards
presentations brochures)
Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of
complex concepts
Edit video clips for use on social media platforms
Create short videos to highlight recap and promote various endeavors and
events
Work autonomously and develop highquality concepts with minimal
instruction
Manage timelines and prioritization of workload and know when to ask for
direction
Assist team in developing and executing communication plans
Provide technical support for design and videorelated efforts
Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
Contribute to creative ideating for social media
Maintain organized content files and help to organize and archive existing
video and graphics files
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements competencies and skills
Experience creating strong engaging content.
A portfolio of applicable outputs
Excellent research organizational and time management skills.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
Strong visual communications skills including the ability to communicate
complex concepts through videos and images
Solid verbal and written communication skills must have the ability to
storyboard or translate ideas to team member
Thorough knowledge of Image and Video editing softwares G Suite
Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social
media platforms (YouTube Facebook LinkedIn Instagram)
Flexibility in working with new issues topics learning and receiving
feedback
Knowledge of layouts graphic fundamentals typography visual aesthetics
brand communication
Education/Experience
Environment Work From Office (6 days a week)

Minimum Qualification Preferred:
Degree in design/film/communications or related
field or demonstrated success in relevant
professional fields
Experience 45 years of relevant experience
Relevant experience in Content creation (Video
and Graphic Designs) for social media platforms
Not Mandatory but Welcome:
An understanding of SEO and best practices for videos on social media
platforms
Familiarity using camera and audio equipment video recording
