We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Germanspeaking Video Content Analyst for their office in Lisbon. The employee would watch reported videos on a wellknown streaming platform and would make decisions regarding their banning.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review user reports regarding video content on a streaming platform
- Review sensitive content sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter
- Remove inappropriate content
- Make wellbalanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professionally Fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Able to cover weekly shift rotation including night shifts
- Tolerance sensitive content in videos
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes concepts and skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content
