Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Business Development to lead our US Staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth building strong client relationships and expanding market presence in the staffing industry. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business expansion and achieve sales targets. The VP of Business Development will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the US staffing market.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to acquire new customers.

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the US Staffing division.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting networking and relationship building with clients and partners.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals providing guidance support and coaching to maximize performance and results.

Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals objectives and strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Drive the development of compelling sales pitches proposals and presentations to win new business and retain existing clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet both parties needs.

Track analyze and report on sales performance metrics pipeline activity and market trends to senior management.

Stay current on industry best practices emerging technologies and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

12 years of experience in New Business development sales or account management in the staffing industry.

Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing highperforming sales teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives.

Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business outcomes.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
