Job Description

Position Purpose

To manage Due Diligence activities in line with Client Engagement Protection for Bank and Branches. Ensuring high efficient and effective qualitative turnaround to enhance client satisfaction with due compliance safeguarding shareholder interest.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management
  • Manage and steer teams with effective control.
  • Ensure delivery with quality to all internal and external clients.
  • Enhance turnaround with standard improvisation with effective liaising.
  • Effective coordination & control over outsource activities.
  • Effective control on reports & KPI management
  • Ensure adherence to Group & Regulatory guidelines with systematic resources allocation enhancing service levels.
  • Coordination with businesses branches compliance and other teams

Due Diligence

  • Adherence to Group & Regulatory guidelines on client accounts KYC norms regulatory checks & AML controls SOP and outsourced activities.

Client onboarding

  • Manage the endtoend onboarding and recertification process as common manager.
  • Handle standard workflow for recertification files with stakeholders until final signoff.
  • Safe keep clients documents
  • Supervision over data input and control data quality
  • Commitment on onboarding turnaround time by client priority
  • Due supervision & coordination of outsourced activities including client communication.
  • Liaise with other locations where required.
  • Discrepancy management business and client coordination timely resolution
  • Organizing County client support committee (CCS)

Client account maintenance

  • Verify accuracy & timeliness of amendments modifications & closure with standard workflow as well as client communication.
  • Monitoring & implementation: Dormant Accounts Atlas2/CERISE reconciliation Exit Accounts Screening Alerts Quality Control KYC Conditions FENERGO & Passport/Reliance implementation for 2S in India
  • Audit and quality management coordinate with internal & external auditors during assignments and ensure timely closure of audits.

KYC recertification

  • Monitoring KYC sensitivity documentation due status control & advance intimations activity check communication & coordination with all stakeholders workflow management discrepancy management timely escalations periodic reporting
  • Representation in client acceptance committee & compliance committee
  • Ensure timeliness via proactive losing with Clients & Branch CSOs on documentation and recertification completion.

Skills

Understanding of banking regulations is critical.

Good understanding of banking process & practice regulatory framework. with in depth knowledge of RBI & SEBI regulations KYC norms FATCA etc.

Knowledge on Client onboarding related to custody & Corporate clients is mandatory

Knowledge on presentation /excel is mandatory

Knowledge on SEBI regulation with respect client onboarding & KYC recertification

Experience 12yrs

Qualification Post Graduate
