The Vice President of Investment Banking for Industrials will play a pivotal leadership role driving growth and overseeing significant transactions within the industrial sector. This position requires an individual with robust industry knowledge exceptional financial acumen and a strategic mindset to enhance our client relationships and transaction success rates.

• Lead and execute complex financial transactions such as M&A IPOs debt financings and restructuring within the industrial sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry clients enhancing business opportunities and firm reputation.
• Analyze industry trends and financial data to develop strategic advice for clients and guide transaction decisions.
• Oversee the preparation of pitch books financial models and presentations for client meetings and transactions.
• Manage and mentor a team of investment banking professionals fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with legal regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all transactions meet legal standards and ethical practices.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences networking events and other public forums to enhance business development efforts.
• Drive the strategic planning process within the industrials group identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Ensure rigorous risk management and due diligence processes are implemented for all transactions.
