Vice President, Fundraising and Marketing (117955)

Will be responsible for connecting the mission of a non-profit religious entity dedicated to promoting economic development and poverty alleviation tools that support economic transformation in low-income communities with its revenue-generating initiatives and programs by increasing awareness of the organization and making its resources and training accessible to churches and nonprofits. Collaborate with senior staff to define the organizations marketing goals and strategies. Oversee the marketing team to promote the organization's brand, resources, and training across print, digital, and public relations channels using Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress & Mailchimp software. Create, enhance and manage organizational relationships in Salesforce with third parties whose partnership could assist in reaching new and existing markets with its resources and programs. Direct and enhance the distribution channels for the organization's church-equipping resources and training. Evaluate advertising and promotional opportunities for compatibility with marketing efforts. Help design and edit promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress & Mailchimp software that maximize engagement with its resources and training, while minimizing costs. Provide cross-functional input into strategic planning, budgeting, organizational development, HR, and organizational culture.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Nonprofit Management and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience as a Marketing and/or Communications Manager for a not-for-profit entity dealing with poverty-related alleviation issues.
In the alternative, the employer will accept four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience as a Marketing and/or Communications Manager for a not-for-profit entity dealing with poverty-related alleviation issues.
