Vice President Asst Vice President - Middle Office Operations with MNC Securities Services

Position Purpose

• Expertise in the entire Trade Settlement system of the Exchanges in the Equities market which includes Trade processing Allocation Contracting Trade Settlement and Risk Management
• Hands on experience of client KYC

Direct Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day Cash Equity Operations e.g. Trade Confirmations Clearing & Settlement etc. with zero errors
• Quick turnaround time in serving Internal as well as External Clients
• Timely reporting to Exchange & Other Regulatory Authorities
• Daily MIS reporting to Management & Exceptions reporting & Reconciliations to Seniors
• Monthly Reporting & Exchange Compliance
• Identify areas of improvement with regards to daytoday operational processes and suggest ways & means of improvement thereby increasing the efficiency & productivity of the department
• Review and updation of procedure manuals
• Adherence to Anti Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions AML/FS related duties
• Operations are an integral part of the control framework including for AML/FS topics. In that respect in performing your role you are expected to ensure adherence to AML/FSrelated Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision to the relevant authority.
• Observing all the controls including ORUS & handling Audits (Internal as well as External)
• Knowledge of KYC guidelines & recertification requirements of Local & FPI Clients
• Knowledge of Local Regulations
