Job Title: Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
Location: Greenham Newbury RG19 6HN
Salary: Up to 42000 (depending on experience and qualifications) individual and team bonus
Full Time and Permanent Monday to Friday
Our client is one of the UK s 6th largest car dealer groups representing 23 of the world s most popular and celebrated car van truck and motorbike manufacturers with 141 dealerships situated across 34 UK counties.
They are now actively recruiting for a Vehicle Damager Assessor / Estimator for their Bodyshop in Greenham Newbury.
About the Job:
As an experienced VDA / Estimator the purpose of your role is to assess a wide range of vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.
About You:
You must be able to:
- Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
- Work skilfully and safely under pressure.
- Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Be flexible in your approach.
- Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
- You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
- Candidates must have previous experience as a VDA / Estimator and be Audatex certified
- Candidates must have a full and valid UK driving licence.
