We collaborate closely to devise cuttingedge global HR strategies assisting organizations in achieving excellence by implementing transformative solutions that reshape organizational structures enhance capabilities deploy advanced technology and deliver an unparalleled employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand and address diverse HR issues ranging from comprehensive HR strategy development to the adoption of innovative technologies and streamlining HR operations.
- Maintain and enhance specialization in specific areas while comprehending their broader implications in the market.
- Support practitioners in building skills across various business domains fostering continuous learning and growth.
- Leverage expertise in Human Capital to capitalize on industry trends and contribute to organizational success by optimizing the potential of their workforce.
- Deliver worldclass services innovate solutions and prepare for challenging client scenarios.
- Gather client requirements and craft tailored solutions through analysis and design.
- Develop custom VBCS applications and SaaS extensions.
- Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM Cloud OIC DB and PCS.
- Design and develop OIC integrations connecting Oracle HCM Cloud with thirdparty systems.
- Build workflows using PCS and integrate seamlessly with VBCS applications.
Requirements
- 25 years of relevant experience in Oracle VBCS.
- Handson experience in Oracle VBCS Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Process Cloud Service (PCS).
- Proficient in REST APIs with a good understanding of Oracle HCM modules.
- Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL).
