1. Varicent QA 1 role Minimum experience (6 years)
2. Varicent DEV 1 role (5 yrs relevant experience)
Requirements
As a Varicent QA specialist youll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our sales compensation processes. Heres what were looking for:
MustHaves:
- Strong understanding of sales compensation processes and their business implications.
- Proficiency in writing complex queries to analyze and test data from multiple sources.
- Ability to define comprehensive testing strategies for sales compensation scenarios and test data.
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as IT Finance Sales Operations Payroll and Compensation Systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in software testing.
- Knowledge of variable incentives compensation applications like Varicent Oracle Incentive Compensation Xactly or Callidus.
- Understanding of software development and implementation lifecycles.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance specifically focused on Sales Compensation.
- Expertise in creating test plans and test cases to ensure that developments align with business requirements and compensation models.
- Ability to validate and automate test cases to meet expected reporting and payout validations.
- Proficiency in regression and integration testing techniques.
- Experience with UI/UX and reporting validations.
- Familiarity with Varicent modules including Composer Portal Access Task Manager Presenter reports and Webform reports.
- Handson experience with imports workflow processes calculation logic reports and web forms within Varicent.
- Strong SQL query skills.
- Comfortable working in an agile software delivery environment.
- Business acumen regarding sales compensation processes.
- Handson proficiency with Excel.
- Selfstarter mentality with a quick learning aptitude.
