Job Description:

The Valve Technician role encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at ensuring optimal functionality and safety of valves. This entails handson maintenance manual machining welding troubleshooting and repair work at both customer sites and service centers. From basic manual machining to sophisticated PSV testing the technician interfaces with customers conducts assessments performs testing and executes repairs with meticulous attention to quality and safety standards. Whether disassembling inspecting cleaning or reassembling valves the technician operates various machining equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. Additionally they interpret schematics complete quality documentation and provide recommendations for maintenance or upgrades as needed. Diligent in daily safety observations and inspections the Valve Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of valve systems.
