We are looking for a validation manager to join our team and collaborate with a large pharmaceutical project able to:
Support the validation of global enterprise applications (e.g. Identity Management IT Service Management)
Identity Management Upgrade and Azure AD Guest Management
Support the improvement and optimization of the global template solutions
Participate in deployment projects of the template solutions from a validation perspective
Focus on working with an identity management program.
Main Tasks:
Has to work on a global level
Has to take care of the appropriate dealing with External resources
Define and improve asis processes and tools based on global definitions
Work and align in a global diverse team regularly(availability)
The person must be able to operate in a multi culture multi language global team having a good key user contact network with consultancy expertise representing global processes.
Keeping validation status is a clear daily task.
Traveling needed but not often.
The person also partners with other IT team members and interface with the client community to assist in support of the delivery and implementation of underlying technology solutions in support of business objectives to improve productivity and enhance processes.
The Validation Manager provides demand management business consultancy project management and information technologyrelated services. Through ongoing consultation with partners the Validation Manager identifies business needs establishes scope and requirements and may provide innovative recommendations for process changes and/or technologyenabled solutions.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent)
Degree in Business Administration Computer Science or comparable professional experience.
Over 3 years of demonstrated level of technical understanding and demonstrated knowledge for their area of responsibility.
Good knowledge of implemented Processes in IT
Mandatory to have validation of computer programs experience (GAMP5). Excellent validation skills. Experience in supporting & updating the system Life cycle documentations (e.g. VP URS FS RA Testing Reports AAP.
High desirable to have experience with Identity management programs to manage and secure realtime access to critical data and applications (E.g Sailpoint)
Nice to have professional experience in IT with focus on validation in a GxP environment
Experience in developing and training the applicable Standard Operating Procedures as defined in Validation Plans. Knowledge of applicable regulations
Need to be able to:
* Support planning and executing specific Development and User Testing
* Support developing and training the applicable Standard Operating Procedures as defined in the applicable Validation Plan
* Support finalizing closing validation documentation (i.e. Testing Reports AAP VR).
* Utilize knowledge as SME (Subject Matter Expert) of validation processes within your area of responsibility.

* Attentive to details and work objectives.
* Good team player. Collaborative skills
* Excellent communication skills to connect with different stakeholders.
* Responsible. Understand that the job requires a high degree of responsibility for the task (following company standards).
Experience working in a virtual international and multicultural environment.
Willingness and readiness to travel occasionally.
