UXUI Designer

Virtusan is a Swiss digital health startup on a mission to simplify healthy habitbuilding. Our app empowers individuals to take control of their wellbeing by providing actionable tools and seamless access to personalized health data and insights.

Tasks

As a UX/UI Designer you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience. Youll work closely in a crossfunctional team to create intuitive usercentric designs that delight and engage.

You will conduct user research create wireframes and prototypes iteratively test and refine your designsand be the voice of our usersto help us pinpoint and solve problems specific to our ICPs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors needs and motivations.
• Create user personas user journeys and other UX artifacts to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with a crossfunctional team of PMs and engineers to prioritize features and ensure seamless user experiences.
• And ultimately design and deliver an app that helps improve the wellbeing of millions of users worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Design HCI or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer ideally for mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma Adobe Suite etc.
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills able to thrive in a fastpaced agile environment.
• Visual design experience is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience working on consumerfacing products and interest in the digital health space.
