Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented UX Writer to join our team where you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our Intersight SAAS product. As a UX Writer you will be responsible for crafting clear concise and userfriendly content that guides our users through their journey within the product ensuring that they have a seamless and intuitive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Persona Development: Work closely with our team to develop user personas including our dynamic persona to ensure a deep understanding of our users needs and preferences
• User Journey Mapping: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineers designers and product managers to map out user journeys and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Content Creation: Write and edit a variety of content including tool tips page titles descriptions and interface text to ensure clarity consistency and accessibility throughout the product
• Accessibility: Champion accessibility best practices and ensure that our content is inclusive and easily understandable for all users
• Content Strategy: Partner with designers from the beginning of the design process to integrate content considerations into the overall design strategy and user interface
• Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders within the development team to gather requirements provide feedback and iterate on content solutions
• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred but not required
• Demonstrated experience in UX writing content design or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in tone style and messaging
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma Microsoft Suite Confluence and ChatGPT
• Curiosity resourcefulness and a passion for creating usercentered experiences
