About the Role and What You Will Do
As a UX Lead at TrusTrace you hold a pivotal role in shaping our digital products. Your expertise in design will contribute significantly to our efforts in creating usercentered engaging and effective digital experiences. Collaborating closely with product management engineering user research and business teams you will be driving the product design process from discovery to implementation.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining high design standards championing the design craft across various domains such as visual and interaction design design systems user research and process improvement. You will ensure seamless experiences across product areas through crossfunctional collaboration leading to a unified and coherent product experience.

You will also conduct user research evaluate user feedback and apply these insights to enhance usability and ensure that usercentered design principles are consistently applied. Part of your role involves mentoring and guiding junior designers fostering an environment that is collaborative creative and conducive to producing highquality design work.

About You and Expected Experience
You are someone with a deep passion for the craft of design and have substantial experience in UX design thriving in complex and undefined problem spaces. You care about the details of digital product design and have a proven track record in a senior UX design role preferably in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Your background includes:

• Relevant higher education and/or significant work experience in product or UX design.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer preferably within a Product SaaS company
• Excellent understanding of usercentered design principles and strong grasp of UX methodologies.
• Experience in conducting user research and integrating insights into design decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of articulating and presenting design concepts to diverse audiences.

• You possess a high degree of autonomy while valuing collaboration and teamwork.
• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.
