UX Designer

Role:

Your main responsibilities will involve conducting research with end users leading workshops with stakeholders to continuously review and prioritize tasks prototyping and evaluating designs. Additionally you will independently conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research along with workshops involving stakeholders to analyze research data prioritize and map out the design phases. The objective is to enhance the findability and usability of the portal by designing solutions aligned with brand identity and technical capabilities. Continuous evaluation of the portal and its hierarchy is also part of your role.

Essential requirements:

• 5 years of UX design experience including track record in taking lead and coordinating UX initiatives.
• Understanding of ITSM tools is preferable especially ServiceNow.
• Outcomeoriented and a trusted partner to people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written English

• Fluent Swedish is highly meritorious
